Wine, rooibos, grapes, wool and Dohne Merinos. Tell us what you are looking for and discuss availability, specifications and a quotation directly with us.

Sourcing desk
For wool and sheep, tell us the quantity and specification or class you need. Availability, terms, collection or transport and any required records are agreed for each enquiry.
The supply notes below describe rooibos orders. Wool and sheep are quoted to their own requirements.
How an order works
- Tell us the requirement. Product, grade or variety, quantity, intended use, packaging, destination and the date you are working towards.
- Agree the lot and specification. We confirm what is available, the specification, a sample where needed and any tests the destination requires.
- Written quotation and deposit. The quotation sets out the lot, quantity, packaging, price, included costs, the deposit and the balance due before dispatch.
- Quality acceptance, packing and release. Agreed test results and acceptance, packing and the balance payment are the release conditions. Dispatch and transit are confirmed separately.
Payment and delivery
A deposit, with the balance before dispatch. Your quotation sets the deposit amount, the due dates and which costs are included. No deposit percentage or credit period is fixed in advance.
Dispatch depends on the lot, sampling, any laboratory results, packing and a transport slot. Alex confirms an order-specific window once those are known; transit and arrival are estimated separately with the carrier or forwarder. Fresh-grape deliveries follow the harvest and the receiving cellar's schedule rather than a dry-goods timeline.
Testing and traceability
We use Hearshaw and Kinnes Analytical Laboratory (HKAL). The test panel, methods and required limits are agreed for the relevant lot and destination.
Ask for the applicable lot report. Winemaking and research enquiries require an application-specific specification and acceptance.
Supplying and export entities
For rooibos, Cloudskraal Farms supplies and Tiquimani handles exports. Your quotation identifies the contracting, invoicing and export roles for the order. Wool and sheep arrangements are confirmed separately.
